My name is Yelena Loginova, I am a citizen of the United States, a chemical engineer and a licensed nurse. I spent my time in Nepal a few times and had the honor of visiting the ashram of Ram Bahadur Bomjan in Sindhupalchowk. I also met his family, spoke with local residents, and witnessed the sincere respect people from many countries had for him.

I am writing to you with deep respect for Nepal, its culture, and its spiritual heritage. It is precisely because of this respect that I am extremely concerned about the current accusations and detention of Ram Bahadur Bomjan.

1. The accusations do not correspond to the scale of the person

The charges brought against him resemble the same pattern seen many times in world history, where influential or spiritually significant figures become targets of slander, fear, and manufactured allegations.

Nepal is a land of Dharma. The world looks at how Nepal treats its own spiritual people.

A mistake in this case will not be only legal — it will be karmic and historic.

2. Donations to spiritual leaders are not a crime

Throughout history, great spiritual teachers have received donations used for humanitarian purposes.

Sai Baba, for example, founded one of the best hospitals in India, completely free for patients. This was realized entirely from voluntary donations.

If supporters donate to Ram Bahadur Bomjan, this is not exploitation — it is the traditional functioning of spiritual institutions in South Asia.

3. Justice delayed becomes injustice

It is extremely important that the case of Ram Bahadur Bomjan be reviewed with transparency and without political or external pressure.

I respectfully request:

  • A re-evaluation of the charges
  • Access for independent observers
  • Immediate humanitarian consideration of his conditions

4. A karmic warning

I do not write this lightly, and I do not write from emotion. I am sharing what came to me through an unexpected clairvoyant insight — something that happened to me only a few times in life and always proved true.

I saw that if this injustice continues, Nepal may face a destructive earthquake of unusual magnitude — the kind that shifts mountains.

I am not threatening; I am warning.

This is karma, not politics.

When a nation mistreats a being who carries a rare spiritual frequency, the Earth responds.

5. The world is watching Nepal

Ram Bahadur Bomjan is not a local figure. Whether one recognizes him as Maitreya Buddha or not, he has global significance.

He belongs not to one community — he belongs to Humanity.

I humbly ask:

Please review this case carefully and help ensure his fair treatment and release.

I love Nepal deeply. Your country gave me kindness, beauty, and family. My husband Krishna Kunwar is Nepali by birth and loves Nepal with all his heart. He is citizen of USA. I write this letter with sincerity and hope.

With respect,
Yelena Loginova
